We recently took my son’s Lexus to Exceltune to replace its exhaust. We thought it would be a straightforward job since we had already purchased the exact part from StreetFX in the USA. Unfortunately, the measurements were off, and Exceltune had to modify several components — a job that required far more time, skill, and effort than expected. Jacque and David were exceptional throughout the entire process. They were professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jacque explained every step clearly, including the risks and possible outcomes, and made sure we were involved in every decision. We felt fully informed and confident the whole way through. All the staff were accommodating and easy to deal with, and despite the extra work required, the amount charged was very competitive. We’re extremely happy with the service and will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs. 😇

Excel tune was amazing I took my mk6 gti for a stage 2 tune and they killed it. My car had a few issues but it didn’t stop them. They always spoke me through everything they were going to do next on the car and came out great. Happy with the results and would highly recommend to anyone that wants the car modified.

Jacques was able to talk through the planned tune and what would be delivered. Work was done on time as promised. Car has improved accelerator and turbo response and flat spots in acceleration (turbo) have been removed, definitely a better car to drive. As yet I have not been able to gauge fuel consumption as I haven't driven like for like load and conditions.

For years I have not found the right mechanic, to find all the issues I knew existed and guide me each step of the way letting me know before anything out of expectation was done to get my approval. Now Jacques and his team, where timely, and took great care and attention in looking into any issue I had of my car and anything else they came across. Not only do they take great care in their workmanship, they have the skills to look after high end euro cars (mine) and not charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommended if you want a quality and trustworthy mechanic to look after your car! Just like anything it’s easy to say you get what you pay for, but I have been to many different ‘specialist’ mechanics over the last few years with my car, and Exceltune where the only ones to find and fix all the issues I had been constantly raising in the past. Very lucky to have found them, and won’t be looking for another mechanic again.
